Sierra Rehrer, DPT
Sierra is a wife, mama of three, and women’s health physical therapist, passionate about providing great resources and insight for pregnancy and postpartum recovery.
She has become passionate about optimizing the birth experience after having three very different birth scenarios herself (planned cesearean, unmedicated hospital birth, and unplanned home birth).
Along the course of her work as a pelvic health specialist, she was introduced to Low Pressure Fitness and hypopressive training to optimally recover the pelvic floor and core in a safe and controlled way.
With three littles who have slept through the night from around 12 weeks of age, she also loves sharing resources on creating a peaceful, rested home with babies who sleep well, allowing Mama to rest and recover.
