Call To Action

For 7 months I’ve been working around the clock to satisfy her needs and totally putting mine on the back burner. With an average of 5-10 wake ups per night, the fact that I can wash my face and do skincare before bed AND get 8 hours of sleep is huge. I have so much more patience for her during the day too. Not that I was impatient before, but I have more energy now that my tank isn’t running on empty.”

Frequently Asked Questions

This method is not a “cry it out” method. I do not recommend formal “sleep training” techniques in the first 4 months. After a baby is 5 months old, it is difficult to help your baby develop the skill of independent sleeping without some crying. My approach is a gentle responsive approach to help your baby gradually.

Absolutely! Additional weeks of support are available for $275. This includes continued text support and check-in calls, giving us more time to fine-tune your baby’s sleep as things progress.
