Many exercises are great for low back pain, but these two low pressure fitness exercises are perfect for immediate relief of low back pain. Life is busy, and often we don’t have time for a full workout routine. This post will explain two exercises you can do throughout the day to relieve your low back pain in minutes.

Here’s the routine to relieve low back pain fast:

1. Standing Low Pressure Fitness Lunge Pose- Left Leg

In this exercise, you will step forward with the left leg and lower down into a semi-lunge position.

  1. Do 3 decompression breaths: Inhaling through the nose slowly, expanding the rib cage, and exhaling slowly through the mouth. As you exhale, think of growing through the crown of the head and lengthening the spine.
  2. Abdominal Vacuum: At the end of the 3rd breath, fully release the air, hold your breath, and expand the rib cage, like you are taking a breath in (but no air comes in).
  3. Raise the right hand overhead during the abdominal vacuum
  4. Be sure to press into the thighs to grow

2. Hinge Pose

In this exercise, you will step the feet in line with one another and slide your hands down the thighs, rounding the spine until your eyes are looking at your bellybutton.

Here, we will repeat the same routine as above:

  1. 3 Decompression breaths
  2. Abdominal vacuum after 3rd breath
  3. Press the hands into the thighs and grow during this apnea

3. Lunge Pose- Right Leg
